The item below is revised to document the parameters under which a screener may contact the parent of an alleged victim during the Investigation (INT) stage of a case. See:

Update of Service Codes
The appendix referenced below is revised to reflect changes made to the CPS service codes and code descriptions that are used in the IMPACT case management system.
The affected codes relate to:
• kinship care;
• drug testing;
• preparation for adult Living (PAL) program; and
• family group decision making (FGDM) services.
CPS staff were advised of the changes with the issuance of the following PSAs:
