Removed requirement of court approval for placement change. (PATS 10222)
Removing section 6411.5 of CPS policy – Court Approval for Placement Change.
CVS and Legal have determined that the policy is incorrect, and a caseworker is not required by statute to notify a court immediately upon removing a child in DFPS conservatorship from a placement.
